Terms and Conditions

Payments Terms
50% of gross rental tariff payable within 7 days to confirm booking (non-refundable).
Balance payable in full not less than one calendar month prior to arrival date (non-refundable).
For bookings made less than one calendar month prior to arrival date, full payment must be made at the time of making the reservation.
GST is included in tariff if applicable.
Your booking confirmation advice is confirmation of the booking and your payment acknowledges acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior consultation.
Payments can be made by personal cheque (cleared funds prior to reservation), bank cheque, direct bank transfer (internet banking) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard).  When payment is received with a Premium, Corporate or International Credit Card a 2% fee of the entire reservation will be charged as an addition.  A list of these cards has been provided to us to confirm these credit cards.

Reservation Information
When making a reservation for a property, we advise you to receive written information about that property and the facilities offered within. Full details of each apartment can be viewed on www.mtbullerams.com.au or an information sheet can be mailed, faxed or emailed on request.
Mt Buller AMS Private Apartment Rentals reserves the right to charge an amendment fee for changes to bookings.
Mt Buller AMS Private Apartment Rentals and owners of those properties represented are not responsible for adverse skiing or weather conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of individual property owners.
Should any component of a booking be eligible for a refund, Mt Buller AMS Private Apartment Rentals reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee of 25% of the full tariff.
Cancellations should be made in writing.
Cancellations received less than one calendar month prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies.

Security Bond
Security Bond is payable by credit card on arrival.
This bond is additional to the cost of the reservation.
Bond payments are fully refundable provided bond conditions are met.
Refund of bond is payable 7 days after departure. Refund payment is made by company cheque or credit card slip and mailed to your postal address.
Bond payments are refunded only after a thorough inspection and cleaning of the apartment has taken place and all keys given out have been returned.
Should there be any damage to the apartment, articles therein, missing items or excess cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, these monies will be taken out of your bond. (please see the Bond Information below).

Bond Conditions
To ensure your bond is refunded in full, please check the following guidelines:
Return all keys given to you – Lost keys $40 fee per key.
Place all rubbish and bottles in sheds provided near your accommodation.
Depart your apartment no later than the scheduled check-out time. Delays to cleaning staff due to late checkout will be charged at $75 per hour.
Leave the apartment in an acceptable condition, ie. Clean any excess spills or cooking mess.
Wash any dishes, pots & pans and put them away neatly in the cupboards.
Respect this property as if it were your own, no muddy boots and please take care of the furniture and fittings.
Rubbish/bottles not removed, dirty dishes & excess cleaning will be charged at a minimum rate of $50, plus $35 per hour thereafter.
Please check your apartment information sheet for further guidelines and special conditions.
Should there be any damage to the apartment, articles therein, missing items, or excess cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, these monies will be taken out of your bond.

Snow Guarantee
Private apartments DO NOT carry the ‘No Snow Guarantee’

Insurance
We strongly recommend insurance to cover against cancellation, personal liability and theft of your own luggage or equipment. NB: Under the provisions of the Health Act it is illegal to cover medical or hospital expenses in domestic insurance policies.

Responsibility Clause
We always do our best to ensure your arrangements are satisfactory. Mt Buller Apartment Management Services, its respective servants and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay, changes in accommodation, breakdown in equipment or vehicles, weather, strike, sickness, theft, cancellation or of the foregoing shall likewise not be liable for any injury, damage, loss additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, whether to property, person, or otherwise arising in connection with any accommodation or in connection with any vehicle or transport or other services. The right is also reserved to alter the price, cancel or withdraw any property. All tariffs are subject to change and acceptance of all documents confirms your agreement of these conditions.
